2018 marked my debut behind the mic on SEC Network+ and assignments included baseball, soccer, and volleyball at The University of Alabama.

The top highlight of the year was calling Casey Mize’s start in Tuscaloosa just months before he became the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 MLB Draft. Auburn eventually went on to win that game 19-5, which made for some interesting conversation over the final few innings.

All of the coaches and players were a pleasure to work with and I’m looking forward to the next opportunity to put on the headset. Until that time, here’s a look back at year one on SEC Network+.
